Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a treatment with Sally or Yvonne at Perfection Skin Clinic. We look forward to meeting you.

Please be aware we will require a deposit for all treatments booked. This can be completed on our online booking app on in the clinic when booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment 50% of your booking will be charged. This can either be paid by yourself or we can take this from the card used to pay the deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment the full treatment cost will be charged. This can either be paid by yourself or we can take this from the card used to pay the deposit.

If you don’t show up to your appointment, full treatment cost will be taken from the card you used to pay your deposit.
